Comments : Accès en voiture très difficile. Rapport qualité prix - si je compare avec mon expérience des hôtels à Paris, devrait être nettement amélioré. Envisager d'inclure, gratuitement dans le prix de la chambre, le parking, la connexion WiFi et/ou le petit-déjeuener. Ces éléments compenseraient le coût relativement élevé. Côté personnel, le service d'accueil est très bien, le personnel affable et souriant.

Comments : As the hotel is 4 star it should have tea and coffee making facilities. The TV had only basic French TV no CNN or similar, unusual these days. Valet parking was good. They rushed to park the car.

Comments : récetionniste le matin extremement désagréable; ont compté 2 petits dejeuner complets alors qu'ils étaient à la carte; petit dejeuner pas apétissant du tout!impossible d'imprimer des documents et pas d'aide;

Comments : very good and very friendly but small lobby / bar area and more like a good 3 star hotel than 4 star. Good location and easy access from the Eurostar terminus.
